Description
BOSS® Thermal Grease TC 1010 is a one-part, non-curing compound with thermal conductivity and stability. It contains heat conducting material and organic silicone, designed to maintain a positive heat sink seal. This improves heat transfer from electrical/electronic devices to heat sinks or chassis, enhancing overall efficiency.

• Excellent thermal conductivity

• Good weather and temperature resistance
• Stable paste between -40 to 200°C

Applications

• It is widely used in various electronic products, especially at the contact surface between the heating element and the heat radiating device in electrical equipment.
• It is used on the contact surface between the radiator of the LED lamp and the PCB, making it suitable for SMD high-power lamps.
• CPU, power amplifier, thermistor, power module, etc.
